Ingredients:

  • Soybean Fiber
  • Soybean Protein
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Salt
  • Vegetarian Seasonings (White Pepper, Black Pepper, Chinese Five Spice)

Cooking Instructions:

Pan-Fry:

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the vegan popcorn chicken to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Serve with a dipping sauce or on a salad.

Oven-Bake:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the vegan popcorn chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and fully heated through.
  4. Serve hot with your choice of sides or as a snack.

Deep Fry:

  1. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Fry the vegan popcorn chicken for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Drain on paper towels before serving.

Vegan Roasted Salt Chicken
Very tasty vegan chicken chucks! The outside crisped up slowly during the cooking process. I added extra white pepper and chili powder after they were done cooking. Taste very similar to the Taiwanese popcorn chicken! Will try to add some basil leaves next time!
