Kozy Toast are NYC bakers that are able to veganize any desserts. It started from two slices of cheap white bread made into French Toast, stuffed with cream cheese, flavored with bottled lemon juice and 0 calorie sugar packets from coffee shops — something Andrew whisked together for April when she was really craving something sweet, creamy, soft and not so unhealthy. It was still not something super healthy to eat, but at least it had no added sugar. Later on, Kozy Toast was born. The Kozy Toast team continues to amaze us with their updated recipes while creating delicious treats.
