·Soybean Protein·Starch·Wheat Protein·Vegetarian Fiber·Soybean Oil

COOKING SUGGESTIONS
Soak in water for 15 minutes, and marinate! (Minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and BBQ sauce.)

Slice desired vegetables (shiitake mushrooms or broccoli) and hydrated TVP into small pieces. Stir fry seasonings (1/3T oil, 2/5T BBQ sauce) with water. Once the seasoning boils, include vegetables and hydrated TVP into wok. Let it boil again and 1/2T of cornstarch water to thicken. Serve and enjoy!

Really Great for a Stir Fry

I live in DC, and there used to be a great restaurant that made a vegan cashew "chicken." I was so sad when they went out of business during the pandemic. Now with the vegan chicken slices, I can make my own cashew "chicken." You get a lot for your money. If you're in a small household, as I am, you'll want to reconstitute only half the bag at a time and save the rest for later. Although it smells
