Vegan TVP Diced is a convenient and versatile plant-based protein made from non-GMO soy. These small, bite-sized pieces are perfect for absorbing marinades and sauces, making them ideal for stir-fries, fried rice, noodle dishes, and hearty braises. With a satisfying texture and mild flavor, it’s an easy go-to for quick, protein-packed meals.

Ingredients:

- Non-GMO Defatted Soy Flour
- Corn Starch
- Wheat Flour
- Calcium Carbonate

Cooking Suggestions:
Rehydration & Marinating:
- Soak diced TVP in water for 15 minutes until softened
- Drain and gently squeeze out excess water
- Marinate with minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and BBQ sauce
Easy Vegan TVP Taco Recipe:
- 1 cup rehydrated Vegan TVP Diced
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2–3 tbsp water or vegetable broth
- Taco shells or tortillas
- Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocado, salsa
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
- Add rehydrated TVP and sauté for 2–3 minutes
- Stir in cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, soy sauce, and water
- Cook until well combined and slightly saucy
- Spoon into taco shells and add your favorite toppings
- Serve warm and enjoy
- Add chili oil, lime juice, or a pinch of five-spice powder for extra depth
Stir-Fry Method:
- Slice vegetables such as shiitake mushrooms or broccoli
- Heat 1/3 tbsp oil in a wok or pan over medium heat
- Add 2/5 tbsp BBQ sauce and a splash of water; bring to a boil
- Add vegetables and hydrated TVP
- Stir-fry until heated through
- Add 1/2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
- Cook until sauce thickens and serve hot
Fried Rice or Noodles:
- Add rehydrated TVP directly into fried rice or noodle dishes
- Cook with sauces and vegetables until fully incorporated
Soup or Braise Option:
- Add hydrated TVP into soups or braised dishes
- Simmer to allow flavors to absorb fully
