For Pancakes (Vegan Method):

For Waffles (Vegan Method):
Preheat waffle iron.
Whisk 1 cup of dry mix with 1 cup plant-based milk and 2 tablespoons oil.
Pour batter into waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer instructions.
Serve with syrup, fruit, or favorite toppings.
Optional Vegetarian Method:
Whisk 1 egg with 3/4 cup milk and 2 tablespoons oil.
Add to 1 cup of mix and combine fully.
Cook as pancakes or waffles as instructed above.
