Buddha Bodai Vegan Salt and Pepper Ribs

Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, these ribs are seasoned with the perfect balance of salt, pepper, and spices for an irresistible bite.

Ingredients:

• Wheat Flour
• Wheat Protein

Cooking Suggestions:

Skillet Method:

1. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the vegan salt and pepper ribs to the pan and cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.
3. Remove from the skillet and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
4. For extra flavor, toss the cooked ribs with additional salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes or garlic for a spicy kick.
5. Serve immediately with a dipping sauce or as part of a larger meal.

Air Fryer Method:

1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. Lightly coat the vegan ribs with a thin layer of oil.
3. Place the ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
4. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
