Enjoy the rich aroma and crispy bite of classic bacon — made entirely from plants. Thrilling Bakon is salt-cured, naturally smoked, and crafted to sizzle, render, and crisp up just like traditional pork bacon. Perfect for BLTs, breakfast spreads, salads, pastas, and more.

Ingredients:

  • Soy Milk

  • Non-Hydrogenated Palm Oil Shortening (RSPO-Certified Sustainable)

  • Yeast Extract

  • Sea Salt

  • Maple Syrup

  • Natural Food Colorings

  • Black Pepper

  • Citric Acid

Contains: Soy

Cooking Instructions:

Pan-Fry (Recommended):

  1. Place Bakon strips into a cold or medium-low heated pan.

  2. Do not add oil — Bakon fries in its own fat.

  3. Cook for 5–7 minutes on the first side.

  4. Flip and cook for another 5–7 minutes.

  5. Continue until edges are crispy and Bakon reaches your preferred doneness.

Oven-Baked:

  1. Preheat oven to 350–375°F (175–190°C).

  2. Arrange Bakon strips on a lined baking sheet.

  3. Bake for 8–10 minutes.

  4. Check for crispness; no flipping needed.

  5. Remove and let cool slightly to firm up.

Air Fryer:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Lay Bakon strips in a single, even layer.

  3. Air fry for 6 minutes.

  4. Flip if desired for more even crisping.

  5. Continue air frying for 1–2 more minutes until crispy.

Microwave (Quick Heat Method):

  1. Place 1–2 strips between two paper towels.

  2. Microwave on high for 20–30 seconds.

  3. Check texture; microwave an additional 10 seconds if needed.

  4. Let cool briefly for strips to firm.

  5. Best for light crisp or soft-style Bakon.

Crumble Method (For Toppings):

  1. Chop or tear Bakon strips into small pieces.

  2. Add to a heated skillet over medium heat.

  3. Cook 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Remove once crispy and browned.

  5. Sprinkle onto salads, soups, baked potatoes, pasta, or mac & cheese.
