Perfect for stew
I bought these to make beef stew and beef stroganoff with. They have a great texture and taste. Boyfriend really enjoys!

Pleasant as always.
Same flavor and texture as usual. I normally slow simmer in a sauce or stew. For a different texture throw them in the oven afterwards and it will remove some of the moisture and intensity the flavor of whatever it's simmered in.
