COOKING SUGGESTIONS
Boil the lobster in hot water, and let it cool down. Slice the lobster and marinate with desired sauces. Feel free to serve cold, stir fried or stewed.

Great texture, but lacks flavor.
These were bigger than I thought they would be. They have a great texture (better than the prawns) but lack flavor (the prawns rule here). I wish I could get the flavor of the prawns with the texture of the lobster. If you get this, just make sure to spice them up as much as possible. Not bad, but not great either.

Not like it used to be
I used to love May Wah lobster. I haven’t ordered it in some time so I don’t know when the supplier or recipe changed but this current product is a poor substitute. It is tasteless and gelatinous. I am very disappointed and won’t order this again.

Maybe I got a bad batch but it tastes like nothing
I don't even know what to say about this. It has no flavor at all. Just tastes like straight konjac flour. I have had lobster once in my life and while I find lobster to be a bit bland, this is even worse. Just no flavor. Would rate zero stars if I could.

It only looks like lobster flesh.
The texture + especially the taste are way off. Nothing like lobster at all -- + I live in Maine, so I'm very familiar with boiled lobster. I won't buy this again.

Wow
Impressive texture! We boiled from frozen in salted water (add seaweed!) like 8-10 mins then baked in a vegan butter/lemon juice/minced garlic/caper brine mixture for another 8-10 mins. Add all your fav seasonings to this butter. Slice into it every few inches and brush on throughout the bake to really get that flavor in there. Capers and kelp flakes add alot here, don't skimp on the butter!
