COOKING SUGGESTIONS
Boil the shrimp balls then add noodles or put into stew. Our shrimp balls have a very chewy texture due to the yam flour ingredient. Best way to prepare would be hot pot.

Boil the shrimp balls. Heat vegetable oil (approximately 350 degrees) in a wok. Prepare a batter using prepackaged tempura mix found at your local supermarket. Dip the shrimp balls into the tempura and make sure they are completely coated on both sides. Carefully put the shrimp balls into the wok and fry them until golden brown. Remove from the wok and drain excess oil with a paper towel. Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce!

Love using these
We grind them up with some vegan cream cheese and scallions, stuff in wonton wrappers and make crab Rangoon! These have so much flavor!
