COOKING SUGGESTIONS
Slice pineapple chucks (4 oz.) and red peppers into small pieces. Stir fry seasonings (2T soy sauce, 3T orange juice concentrate, 2T cornstarch, 1/4T sugar, 1T vegetable oil, 1 1/2T grated fresh ginger root). Soak 10 pieces of TVP chunks and slice the bacon ham into thinner slices. Once the seasonings boils, include the vegetables and ham into pan. Serve and enjoy!
