Vegan Tuna

I'd say this is just okay. It shreds pretty similar to tuna but it has no seafood smell or flavor at all. it has it's own unique flavor that's probably reminiscent of the soy and spices it's made with. It has a good mouth feel to tuna and I found myself eating more of it to try and make sense of it in my head. It'll do in a pinch if you just want a tuna salad sandwhich but if you are looking for s
