I used an orange sage sauce for a coating and glaze for this and it was delicious! Great texture and flavor, and moistness. I added veggies on the side in a 9x13 baking dish and scored the ham on the lines and baked uncovered at 325 for 15 minutes, then recoated, rotated and baked for 20 mins covered, and repeated the recoat, rotate, 20 mins another 2 times, and a final cooking uncovered to lightly brown everything for 15-30 mins, turning up the oven a bit if necessary depending on your oven. I was sure to cook all sides by rotating the ham each time
