A Cross Between Char Siu and BBQ Roast Pork
We used to eat meat and loved char siu and enjoyed roast pork. This is like the happy marriage of flavors and textures of both - but better because it's not animal protein! This is perfect over rice or mixed veggies. Or by itself, to just "have a taste"!

Excellent texture and taste
I used these to make baked cha siu bao and steamed cha siu bao and no one could even tell it wasn’t real pork.

SO good
I went to visit my brother in NY and tried this appetizer. I brought it home in my carry on and the rest of my family loved it too lol I was lucky they had a website so I can always order when I get a craving :)
