Reminded me of crab cake
They smell great. They taste great. They don't have the consistency of an Italian meatball made out of beef. My husband made a traditional tomato-based meatballs with spaghetti dish. We were ecstatic after eating the meal. Due to the texture of the meatballs, the product is not a substitute; it calls for a unique dish.

Very tasty.
These work just like the remade frozen meat balls you buy in the grocery store and taste just as good. Ive made these in pasta applications and my new favorite on skewers and grilled with bbq sauce. Also work great in a hot pot. They have a texture that is "stringy" like chicken or pork meat balls, thus why they are called string meat balls. Just in case you were wondering.
