COOKING SUGGESTIONS
Mix a cup (200-250cc) of warm-hot water (about 70-90C) water with 30 grams (about 3-4 teaspoons) of Five Grain Powder until smooth. It can also be added in milk, yogurt, soybean milk, oat milk or energy soup. Mixing ratio can be changed according to your own preference
