COOKING SUGGESTIONS
Boil the beef balls then add noodles or put into stew. Our beef balls have a very chewy texture due to the yam flour ingredient. Best way to prepare would be hot pot.

Boil the beef balls. Heat vegetable oil (approximately 350 degrees) in a wok. Prepare a batter using prepackaged tempura mix found at your local supermarket. Dip the beef balls into the tempura and make sure they are completely coated on both sides. Carefully put the beef balls into the wok and fry them until golden brown. Remove from the wok and drain excess oil with a paper towel. Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce!

Smelled fishy. Texture was rubber.

Nothing like beef, no preparation guidance
This tastes nothing like beef, and is very obviously the same texture as the prawns (konjac?). Great texture for mimicking prawns or shrimp, but not beef! To make matters worse, unlike most May Wah products, there is very little advice on how to cook them. To boot, the advice given specifies breading them-- so if you don't have breading or you don't want to bread them, you're pretty much on your own. This is my least favorite thing I have ever gotten from May Wah.
