If I was (so lucky as to be) eating in May Wah's restaurant, I'd swear they served us pork. But I opened the pack, read the ingredients & cooked it tonight. Seriously, vegan meat has come SO FAR. It's amazing that this isn't pork. I followed the sauce recipe on the pack & added veggies and freshly roasted pineapple. I stopped eating to write this review - so now you know, & I'm going back to my delicious dinner. My husband thinks I'm a genius chef - ha!
