2 of 5 Nothing like beef, no preparation guidance July 16, 2020
Reviewer: Saryta Rodriguez from Brooklyn, NY United States
This tastes nothing like beef, and is very obviously the same texture as the prawns (konjac?). Great texture for mimicking prawns or shrimp, but not beef! To make matters worse, unlike most May Wah products, there is very little advice on how to cook them. To boot, the advice given specifies breading them-- so if you don't have breading or you don't want to bread them, you're pretty much on your own. This is my least favorite thing I have ever gotten from May Wah.

Texture is close to the regular meat balls and taste like an Italian meatballs! I love it! Will definitely buy again!

3 of 5 Not sure I cooked them correctly October 29, 2018
Reviewer: Nitzet Velez from Dekalb IL, United States
I basically baked them.
They felt a bit rubbery to me however I suspect they are meant to be thrown into. A simmering dish.
