COOKING SUGGESTIONS
Slice desired vegetables (potatoes, mushrooms, tomato or carrots) and mutton into small pieces. Boil a pot of water with the vegetables and the mutton approximately 30-45 minutes. Add 2T of mushroom seasonings and add some spicy oil if desired. Serve and enjoy!

Amazing Meal
I oven cooked the Mutton with seasoning and barbecue sauce and it was amazing.This is the best Vegan meat I have had

do not recommend
Product arrived frozen but had a horrible smell taste. Texture was chewy, on par with mutton. I threw it away because it was so offensive to eat.
