The food came hot, unfortunately, so the "fish" didn't come as fresh as possible. Thank goodness it isn't meat and wasn't spoiled. It didn't have much fish flavor but the texture was nice.Biggest suggestion - Ship with a refrigerator or freezer truck instead of regular mail. It's summer and things will melt.
