COOKING SUGGESTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line the smoked goose on a baking pan with a little oil. Bake the goose in the oven for 30 minutes. Feel free to turn the goose to bake the other side. Remove them from the oven with mittens. Serve hot and enjoy!

Think Pork Lion with Chinese 5 Star Spice
This loaf cooks fast (sprinkle a little oil on it and cook for a half hour in a convection oven) and cuts like pork loin. Thick-sliced its dinner with veggies and some shumai. Thin sliced, its deli slices in a roll up! Either way, its delicious.
